Messy documents in. Clean, structured data out.

Five stages, the audit call through to ongoing maintenance. You only fund the work that earns its keep.

How I build a document pipeline

Step 1

Audit call

Half an hour on your document types, volumes, and how the work gets done today. You'll leave knowing where automation is worth it.

Step 2

Build the prototype

Extraction running on your real documents. You see the output before we spend more.

Step 3

Business logic & guardrails

Rules, confidence scores, and human review for the weird cases, so bad data doesn't slip through quietly.

Step 4

Deployment

Live in your stack: APIs, tables, CRM, or ERP, with monitoring from day one.

Step 5

Ongoing maintenance

Fixes when something breaks. Help spotting the next document worth automating.

What I do

Four ways I can help

I start with the simplest approach and add complexity only where the documents actually need it. If a rule-based fix gets you most of the way, I'll say so, and we skip the LLM.

Document Extraction Pipeline

Systems that pull structured data out of PDFs, invoices, lab reports, contracts, and email attachments. They hold up against the layout variation and format drift that break simpler tools once you're in production.

Integration & Support

I connect extraction pipelines to whatever runs downstream: Excel, databases, APIs, internal tools. As your document types and volumes change, I stay on to keep it running.

RAG & Internal Chatbots

Once your documents are structured, the usual next question is whether your team can just ask them things. I build retrieval systems and internal chatbots grounded in your own content, with citations back to the source document, so answers stay checkable instead of made up.

IDP Diagnostic & Action Plan

If your document pipeline is failing, I audit your current approach, identify the failure points, and deliver a written action plan with execution steps. Fixed price.
