How do we start working together?
A free 30-minute call, first. You show me the documents and how they get handled today; I'll tell you straight whether automation is worth it and roughly what it'd take to build. Sometimes the honest answer is that a small script does the job and you don't need a full pipeline.
How much does a project cost?
Scope sets the price. Almost every job opens with a small proof of concept on your actual documents, so you see it working, with real effort numbers, before you fund the whole build. I won't quote a big number off a vague brief.

A proof of concept on a sample set is usually one to two weeks. A production pipeline (validation, confidence scoring, wired into the systems you already use) takes a few weeks longer, depending on how messy the formats are and how many systems it has to talk to.
Do I own the system you build?
Yes. You own the code and it runs on your accounts and infrastructure, not mine. I'm happy to stay on for monitoring and improvements, but you're never locked in.
